the small shop playbook sells digital downloads — plain-english guides you get instantly. because they're delivered the moment you buy and can't be handed back, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once a guide has been downloaded.

that said, we want you happy. if something's gone wrong — your download won't open, you got the wrong file, you were charged twice, or you bought the same play twice by mistake — email us at info@thesmallshopplaybook.com and we'll make it right, quickly and without fuss.

before you buy: every play lists exactly what's inside, so you know what you're getting. not sure which one's right for you? send us a note and we'll help you pick.
